Fairplay's Independence Day Celebration, Burro Buster 5k, Parade, Food, Kids' Activities, Strut Your Mutt, Fireworks & Free Concert w/ Boogie Machine, 70s Disco Tribute Band

The 10th Annual Burro Buster 5k is happening this Saturday, July 4th, in Fairplay, Colorado! Experience the new course at an epic 9,953 feet.

Event Details

Registration: 9:30 AM

Race Start: 10:30 AM

Location: Hand Hotel (531 Front St.)

Perks: T-shirts, prizes, and amazing views! T-shirt not guaranteed, hurry before

they sell out!

Adults: $35Youth

(18 & under): $25

Note: Prices increase by $5 for day-of registration.

Bring your pups to STRUT YOUR MUTT this Saturday, July 4th! Show off their best tricks, costumes, or patriotic flair for a chance to win 1st place prizes.

Sign-up: On-site starting at 12:30 PM
Free goodie bags for participants while supplies last
Cost: Entry is FREE, but donations are encouraged to benefit the South Park Good Samaritan Fund for Animals.
