Join SAPC at Staunton State Park for a 2.5 mile round trip adventure walk to Davis Ponds, where we will enjoy our picnic lunches before returning to the Park Ranger Station.  The walk will be led by long time Park volunteer Gary Finley.  Getting out in nature is an evidence-based way to reduce stress and improve mental health.  Join us as we soak in fresh air and the beauty of a local gem.
