Every Thursday, IHIA holds its Community Coffee and Pancakes between 7-11 AM at the Indian Hills Community Center. This event, funded by donations, is open to all and features organic blueberry pancakes made from scratch with the finest ingredients available. The coffee, percolated is always fresh and available with sugar and organic cream. Not a coffee drinker? No problem! There is a wide variety of teas to choose from. There may be other homemade goodies and surprises, but conversation, laughter and community are guaranteed. So, grab a neighbor or borrow a kid, because if it’s Thursday, it’s Community Coffee and Pancakes.
