The Park County Historical Society will have another adventure on Saturday, August 22nd! We will once again have a gold panning/prospecting trip!

We will meet at McGraw Park in Bailey at 9:30 and make our way across South Park to Como. (Carpool if possible.) We'll meet at the Como Community Center at approximately 10:30 (located at the west end of town, at the top of the hill.)

From there, we will head to our panning site. We will also view other old mining/railroad sites from the past nearby.

Bring your own gold pan (we have some also). Bring a sack lunch, as there aren't any eating establishments nearby.
