From Carrie Marsh and Cheryl Quaintance

Longtime Bailey resident Denise Haas was severely burned in an at-home accident in November. This has resulted in uninsured medical expenses and loss of income. In an effort to get past this setback, her friends will be holding a benefit on Sunday, Jan 26 at the Rustic Station in downtown Bailey. Denise is employed by the Rustic Station Restaurant. Rustic owners Lynn and Dennis Griffin are holding Denise's job until she is able to return and donating a portion of the sales at the benefit.

She is a wonderful person who has been around a long time. Most of the Chamber members should know her, but may not know of her accident. Assistance in supporting one of our own would be greatly appreciated.

A silent auction will be held at the event and you are asked to donate items to help with this effort. Gift certificates, merchandise, offers of services or other items of value are requested.
