Platte Canyon students love adventure and fun. Children in grades 1st - 8th test their strength and endurance as they race, climb and laugh their way through our course. This non-competitive event consists of three legs, where the participants run, complete an obstacle course and swim before they race across the finish line to a crowd of cheering parents, teachers and volunteers. New this year: Race AND Carnival!
We have exciting new events for our obstacle course this year! Your kids will love it! In fact you might wish you could join in too!
The Quest for Knowledge Youth Adventure race is held annually at Platte Canyon High School and Marge E. Hudak pool in Bailey, Colorado. This race is Grants for Knowledge’s largest fundraiser of the year.
Grants for Knowledge is a Colorado non-profit organization with a purpose to raise and facilitate access to funds for all grades in the Platte Canyon Schools. Additionally, we encourage innovation and creativity to enrich curricular and extracurricular initiatives.
