The "Boogie at the Barn" dance parties were conceived by John Erlandson, local musician and concert producer, in 2012 as a way to bring life back to the old barn. This successful partnership with EPRD has involved the community in bringing about a limited restoration of the historic facility. Erlandson and Pandora Reagan are caretakers of the Alderfer Ranch House and are excited to continue this partnership to bring the 2014 barn dances to the community.

Boogie at the Barn is sponsored by Evergreen Park & Recreation District (EPRD), Colorado Serenity, Intero Real Estate Services of Colorado, Warren and Betsy Rose, Chow Down, Adams Plumbing & Heating and Mark & Laurie Teter, and is produced by John & Pandora Productions.
