Rain Chances Stay Good Through Sunday... Some area received a decent soaking Wednesday and Thursday. If you missed out, there's good news. Rain chances will stay pretty good through Sunday, as the monsoon flow continues. We'll dry out and warm up on Monday, but we're hoping everyone gets some decent rainfall out of this. Keep in mind, some locally heavy rainfall will be possible Friday afternoon into the evening. Scattered showers and afternoon thunderstorms will be likely. A few of those storms have the potential to drop heavy rainfall. So keep an eye on any nearby creeks, streams and dry washes. Some street flooding is also possible. And there is a risk of flash flooding, especially around burn scar areas. Things look about the same Saturday and Sunday, with the southwesterly flow continuing. |
