Interesting behavior. was created by CC
I am very disappointed in what I feel is an attempt to manipulate information meant for all registered members here.
Scanner information is, in my opinion, a critical service to this community and several attempts have been made to help this community find that information in a timely fashion and on both occasions, those posts have been moved to, in my opinion, to obscure locations.
Is there a reason that the management here does not want it's registered members to be aware of changes that have occurred here at this website?

Ummm...yes, sometimes it can become difficult to navigate websites in distress. Patience is limited when we need information instantly. Practice web navigation prior to emergent situations. Sorry...but life can be difficult at times, and I can not rely on the internet to survive.

The way I read it was it was becoming a personal battle and more of a pissing match which is what the Ring is for so I have no issues with it being moved.

If I ever can't find one of my posts I just click on view your posts and there they are.

I guess I just can't see how this scanner stuff has blown up if you want to post scanner stuff and help the community great. If you want us to go to a different website great tell us what it is and if we want to go we will. I do not tend to hop around to a bunch of different sites as typically when I am looking for info I am on my way to work.

In the situation of a wildfire I would hope those that can give information would in any way, shape or form you could be saving a life so who cares who you like or don't like.

I just really don't see why there should be so much drama over it.

I like and am glad the scanner team posts here and it is very informational but if it disappeared I would just look for my info elsewhere be it online or through TV.

One thing I have really come to realize in my life lately as take time to enjoy it you do not know when things might change.

Sorry if this is not the answer you want but it is how a feel on the topic.

We're not the ones who quit.

"Now, more than ever, the illusions of division threaten our very existence. We all know the truth: more connects us than separates us. But in times of crisis the wise build bridges, while the foolish build barriers. We must find a way to look after one another as if we were one single tribe.” -King T'Challa, Black Panther

I hadn't been to the home page of DSV for quite a while, as my bookmarks were for the forums with the annoying (IMHO) post-it note format.

I like the latest post column. Nice.

And only three of four clicks from where I'm now typing, through the forum menus to the redirect link on this site.

Pretty slick, easy to find, I don't see a problem here. Why the tension?

EDIT: Wow, one click away. On the menu mouse over Local,Calendar, click on DSV, and I'm there. One click cooperation.

Good job, people. That's community support!
