On the first Saturday of the month we honor our community and show our gratitude with a celebration! This is our way of showing our appreciation to the community by offering mini sessions with our practitioners. You can sample our sessions for $1 a minute. We offer 20% off all of our products and give away free prizes! Our products are now available at Taspen's Cosmic Kithen in Conifer, CO. Yamuna Body Rolling Class 8:30am-9:30am
Using specially designed massage therapy balls you will learn how to release the tendon (which connects muscle to bone) from its attachment to the bone initiating a release through the entire muscle and experiencing how a muscle fully lets go. Then you are able to realign your skeletal structure. Discover routines for the back, neck, chest, shoulders, abdomen, hips, knees, and legs that revive these areas and bring them to their best condition. Free your body from all physical pain and limitations and feel how light you can be.

Start your day with yoga, walk over to Taspen's Cosmic Kitchen for a delicious, organic, homemade breakfast, and then walk back over to Taspen's Healing Center to receive amazing mini sessions with our heart-centered practitioners. It's the First Saturday of the Month 10am-4pm. Treat yourself, you deserve it!

Every month we give away a prize package to one lucky participant that registers for services in advance!
