thanks major bean. i don't want to be 18 again as i did enough dumb things. still working on limiting the dumb things i do now but it was fun to remember back just a couple of years. lol

I think of the Tobey Keith song "I'm not as good as I once was, but, I am as good as I ever was". Still remember going to dances, but the best was moving to Co. What great experiences & People. And, to know how many folks have paid good money to have these experiences.

I get lots of "joy of discovery" in my science. Most emotional discoveries are not as joyful as they are painful realizations.

Wishing one were younger at an old age has more to do with physical rather than mental or emotional decline. Age liberates one mentally and emotionally whereas it imprisons many of us physically.
