'cause IF a limo is the vehicle of choice to show property in the MOUNTAINS.....the ONLY property accessible (most times) would be
immediately off 285.....I would re-consider a realtor who showed up in a limo IF I was previewing property in the mountains.....just me
I guess(....city mentality vs. mountain sensibility).........what would they KNOW about leech fields, septics, well production, orientation

Looks like it was the wind, based on the way it is torn near the bottom. Or a mountain lion with really big teeth! LOL

Do you really think a mountain lion would try to chew on it? I am sure it was wind, we did have the industrial vinyl and darn the one right next to it held up.

That thing was held together with about twenty hooks too. Odd that it came off completely like that.
