In what way? I've never had any problems with the tellers at KS or the bank itself. I have had some personal bankers there at the KS who are, shall we say, less than seasoned veterans. But hey, they've gotta start somewhere. And there has always been someone there with more experience to help out the newbies - at least when I've been there.
No problems here, in fact they called me to just to thank me for "my business" last week. I have had an account there a long time, since the Norwest days. I did cancel my debit card recently, maybe they are just trying to make nice!
