I received this from a friend of mine. If any of you are moved to help some that are really in need for Christmas, let me know... I am going through my stuff this week and will meet with her sometime next week.

As some of you might know my daughter, is working as a counselor at a girls residential facility; some of the girls don't even have winter coats, and if they don't have coats they probably don't have hats, gloves, boots...you get it. Many of them don't have family around which means no visits and no phone calls. Most of them have also been around and around the foster system. I will be asking my daughter for the name of some girls that don't have any family around. If any of you would like to help give these girls a little Christmas let me know. New or used clothes or outside gear would be great or if you would like more specifics I can get those, or if you would like to give cash I'll be happy to get what to us would be necessities and hopefully something fun, too. thanks!
