From my 8yr old grand daughter.
How times have changed.Hi Everyone -
I am very excited to let you know that I now have email.
Although I certainly would enjoy trading emails with you; being 8 years old, I might grow tired of emailing, forget to get back to you, or even have email taken away (not that this would ever happen)....so if I don't get back to you right away please forgive me. =)
Oh, just so you know, my mommy and daddy will be helping me, so don't worry about me being on the internet.

My 8 year old son started emailing at the beginning of the school year. It's a good way for him to practice "writing" - putting together a letter in logical fashion, using proper grammar, etc, and also keep in touch with out-of-state/country friends and relatives. Your granddaughter had a great first email Grady! :thumbsup:
