SG, according to Grady (I haven't tried this myself): if you have it already posted on Facebook, just right click on the FB picture, select copy url go to 285, paste the url into a reply box, highlight it and select img from the reply menu

imageplay.net is very easy, SG... you just click on the computer image and set the resolution (I usually choose 17" monitors) and it does the rest very fast - much better than the photo upload site that PC uses where you have to edit your pic size BEFORE you upload.
Imageplay is nice because you can do multiple photos at once too. The only drawback I've found with it is that it doesn't do TIFF files, and all my screen grabs save as TIFFs. Imageshack.us and tinyurl.com are good backups for that.
