Garbage

I've been with another disposal company in the area for 23 years. This week, suddenly, they "couldn't find" my dumpster and when I called to have them pick it up, was informed that they can't come for another 4 days. I called Mountain View Waste and got: the same rate as the other company (lower than their quoted rate) and recycle pick up as well. The new dumpster will arrive tomorrow along with my new recycle container! Kelly was very helpful, efficient and coureous on the phone and I'm very happy with the service so far! Thank you, MVW!!!

We have been with Mountain View forever and have no complaints.

We also have a dumpster and one time when there was a new driver they missed us. I did not get home until after business hours so I called the next day and they came out and dumped it that day.

maybe they had a new driver. geez... I think everyone is allowed a mistake.

It was way more than one mistake. I only wrote about this last great adventure. I am not the kind of person who allows no mistakes, I just didn't think everyone needed to hear the entire drama.

The point of this post was to tell people about how wonderful Mtn View was this morning. I told them I would post and I did. This was not meant to cause any kind of rift. I didn't mention who the other company is, and I'm sorry you took it to show that I have no patience or understanding. That was not my intent.

Oh, one more thing. The reason I have a dumpster that must be emptied on time is because I can't seem to get my goofy horses to stop pooping for 4 days. Go figure!

so THAT'S where the horse poop goes! We left Mountain View Waste last year for many problems including a driver with an apparent anger management problem. The second time he threw our can across the cul-de-sac and breaking it, was it for us; after many other issues. We moved over to EDS and have been very satisfied with them.

Might have been the same one that ran over our neighbors OLD dog that was almost crippled and couldn't move from the road quick enough so he flattened her. I challenged the POS but he quit and dissapeared. All Mtn V had to say was Oh Were' sorry.

Well, if I made a mistake, it's done now. All businesses have good and bad, happy and unhappy. Like Dish Network and Direct TV. Me, I'll never go back to Dish Network, but there are folks who love them!

Gotta do what ya have to do. I don't respect them at all.
