I avoid the North Shore on the weekends, and most of the beaches for that matter. I go when it's quiet and we had most places all to ourselves. The pools and lagoons at our resort were NUTS though. Here are a few pics of two of my other favorite places on the island........which we had to ourselves too. Can you name them VL?

My girls enjoying the entire beach!

Is that Yokohama bay? Youre camera is much better than mine..I was looking at buying a unit at Makaha Towers just the other day..On the internet..So cheap

Very good! One down and one to go. My tourists never go to the west side of the islands which has some of the most beautiful beaches and special spots! Ok, were is the second one?

My daughter told me that I should be a travel guide on the island. I think she's on to something! lol

Nice pic VL!

I have a healthy fear of fires for sure. There is no such thing for me as being too prepared and to act on the side of caution. My heart breaks for those that died and for the families that have lost so much.

Good points SG..My wife was crying and begging to go to higher ground, but I would'nt budge..Turned out I was right,,You see I heard from my sources that the tidal waves were only 4 foot at the marqueses which is halfway between Chile and Hawaii- I knew they wouldn't grow bigger as they crossed the ocean

Even after I was right, and the waves were nothing..She was still pissed for about 2 days..She said I did'nt know, but..I knew

VL I have to ask but are your the elephant man? Not that this is a bad thing but there are never any pictures of you having fun.

I would never think of taking a picture of my TV that is strange but intriguing at the same time.

I guess you just want to keep us guessing.
