I learned a new saying today

I was wiring up a hanging lamp I made and needed to a plug on the end. The plug had silver, brass, and green connectors. Of course, ground to green, but I always get mixed up on black (power) and white (neutral). Anyway, I found a website and that saying was there so never again will I forget.

Speaking of snakes and other slippery things, I just noticed whose avatar is red and yellow. Hummmmm.
