If you get the premium package, multiple HD DVR's,the DVR Service and the HD and sports packages you can expect bill in the range of $295/month. With PPV's my last one was $403

I suppose if I sat around the house all day, every day, and all I did was watch TV, mine would probably be that large, too..

I'm thinking of downgrading my Dish to basic. I've recorded about 30 hours of XM Sirrius music and some movies, I never watch TV. 90% of the time its on music. Except for the speed channel, I could live without it.

Well ok, some of the Discovery and History programs are great, but the other channels suck and are full of annoying commercials.
