Even so, it looks like several people seem to recognize him and have let LE know. Hope they get him. Guess people just don't figure that most of what they do out in public these days gets taped. I won't even scratch my butt in public.

Yes they do, current camera technology should be way better than this blurry image, they would be better off with still frame than video. Or at least better video, most cell phones are way better clarity than this. Maybe they need to adjust the focus.

when I was researching security cameras, I was told to NEVER install moving ones if I ever wanted to have real evidence. I didn't listen and put one of the cameras in our material handling area on motion. The contract employee that was stealing would time his movements around the camera pan, so we never caught him ON CAMERA stealing all the stuff that he was. We did let him go anyway (contract requires no lengthy HR process) and I exchanged the camera for a stationary one like the security advisory told me to do in the beginning.

I wonder about the data storage, good resolution video takes lots of MB/GB to store any amount of time, days, weeks? Thats probably why the resolution is cranked down.

I'm pretty sure I know him but i'm not ratting him out..I'll give him a call and advise him to call the owner and tell her that he found her wallet in his car, under a package ...not knowing how it got there-

I'm making sure the money is returned...It was an unfortuante mistake when he unkowingly picked up the wallet along with his package.
