Uh VL....We were there a couple weeks ago....bought out the mens shorts department. Great store...been open about a month. Another case of people don't see what they don't expect to be there.

You have to be careful of the prices at Alco, too. We went there during the grand opening and found a drain snake that we've been looking for - it's a piece of plastic about 18" long and half the diameter of a pencil. When we got home I noticed that the price for that was $18.95! I would have taken it back, but my husband was already using it on one of the bathroom sinks. We purchased some other stuff that day and the prices on those things were reasonable, so I'm willing to believe that this was just a software/UPC error. But I'll watch carefully from now on!

I was pretty excited when I first discovered it..We go to the hotsprings in Buena Vista all the time and a stop at Alcoa there (for snacks, mainly cashews and gatoraid) has been an important tradition for me and lil precious for years..
Friends! Sardines packed in Soybean oil, Mustard sauce, Hot Suace or Spring Water for only $39 cents a can! That a penny per gram of protien, whata value.
