Engine rebuild/swap ???

24 Sep 2012 17:27 #1 by Grady
Thinking about having the engine in my Dodge Ram rebuilt, and maybe have it "tweaked" a bit. It has a lot of miles and is having a hard time pulling my trailer.

Suggestions?

thanks

What engine is in it?
Re-man is better than rebuilt.
Or crate motor.

360 or as they are now known 5.9l V8

I grew up when American made engines were in cubic inches, as God intended.

Not sure if this would help, it is a used parts place in Aurora.

Or I think you should also be able to buy a short block, re-manufactured, and bolt on all the externals.
