I have a hard time reading the sub-text for the news links on the front page, as it is close in color to the background (well, any my eyes are old). Other than that, I really like the new look. Nice work!
Why is the word HOME underlined above the pictures that change on the home page? It looks like it should be a link to somewhere? I see the search is underlined also, but at least there is a search box below it. What does that search function search?
I do like those rotating big pictures tho. There are some beautiful shots that show off our area.
How do you vote in the poll? (Yes I tried while logged in and not logged in). And if you really want people to vote, I would suggest moving it somewhere nearer the top. I had to scroll 5 pages down to get to it and then I couldn't vote.
Which brings up another item, 5 pages to scroll down through on the home page? Really? If you need that many pages, I would have done it like my phone or ipad works. Complete pages left or right.
But I do like the new features and hope that this new software allows you to make changes/updates easier next time.

You must have to sign in on the other system. Let me see what I can do on that one.
