Took into custody a girlfriend and child? Moles? Fox says the suspects may have been here for 10 years.

The older brother had a pro-Islam you tube channel. Why wasn't this guy being watched? Instead DHS keeps warning us about TEA Party members.

"The Clash of Civilizations" is a must read....explains a lot. This was a MUSLIM attack period. Partially home grown......period.

We are not winning the war.......after 20 $$$ TRILLION post 911 and deepppp debt the Muslims are winning hands down. We need real leadership at the top.

Delta,
I don't think I agree with you. Hear the comments of the one uncle? He says the older brother was unsuccessful at assimilating and took it out on innocents. Like the Bosnian kid who shot up the mall? Or the Times Square bomber who had his home foreclosed on?
I think it more just failures lashing out than true Islamists waging a holy war.

So the DHS should be responsible for monitoring 2.6 million muslims in the US? When did being a member of one of the largest religions in the world become an illegal activity?

One with a domestic violence charge and his you-tube channel is much, much, more than just pro-Islam. If Obama's INS department had just deported him in 2009, like they were supposed to do, maybe that little kid would still be alive.

I hadn't seen anything indicating he should be deported, was this before or after he became a US citizen?

The older, dead, brother was the one who could have been deported for a domestic violence charge. Because the family fled Russia due to fears of persecution, it might have been why they decided not to deport him, since he didn't have a safe country to go to.
