It took a couple of tries this morning to get my truck started, brand new battery too.
I can explain it to you but I can't understand it for you.

I made a couple of extra trips to the wood pile this afternoon while I still had my boots on, it's cold enough that I won't go out for wood in my flip flops like I normally do.

OK then, we were "officially" COLDER than Fairbank,Ak AND Barrow...HI teen's (above 0)and
8 degrees (above) at Barrow.....it is NOW NEGATIVE 22 in DCVR, Bailey.....this is SO-O-O
wrong, feels like Fairbanks (spoke to my brother last week, it was NEGATIVE 30....weather
shifted the Polar Express....NOW, for the "its so cold that".....when I was a teenager living
in Fairbanks......waiting for the school bus at my stop.....Parka,Boots, gloves AND skirt, sweater
BARE legs with nylons on,YES, nylons and skirts were "standard" stylin' back then.....bus finally
came (could hear the crunching of tires for MILES because of the ice frost),got on the bus,sat
down and started to warm up.....felt something warm and wet on my leg.....glanced down and
saw that my nylons had FROZEN to my knees and pulled away from the skin.....it was a SMALL
inconvenience, because back then, NO ONE would dare to be so UNcool as to wear pants under
your skirt.....
