HC! Get the 10 year old sharp chedder from Costco..Its small, expensive, white and is in a black wrapper..It was a huge hit with everyone over the holidays. Put that on a crispy lil rice cracker with a few light beers...Oh man. Every single person that tried it had an imeadiate positive reaction to it... Stuff like "oh wow!" and "that is really good" and "this is the best cheese ever" and "good lord!"...And I didn't talk it up when Lil Precious put it out..The reactions were completely unsolicited

Cheesiest cheese ever

Anyway, we smoked a ham yesterday so there's those leftovers and I have a bag of Fillet Mignons thawing in the kitchen table as we speak..Gonna grill those..

We buy all our cheese from Costco they have great prices but I would not waste the money on the expensive cheddar on a soup use a good beer in it for best results.

The cheddar you are talking about needs to be eaten as you mentioned it is a show case.

Have had ribs on the smoker since 7:00am and we will round off the offerings with broccoli and of course more cheese and a salad.

Enjoy the games.

Have pity on the construction workers and baggage handlers that spend 8 hours, 365 days a year out in the cold for $27/hour, not multi millionaires that have to endure about 3 hours a year of it...

And I have bad news for you HC...Since you love the Packers so much- They're gonna lose and they might even get blown out. They have no defense, terrible fans and a gay quarterback.

Told ya, you Packer Lover!
