I guess I didn't state that clearly enough in my previous posts. I was attempting to present the same scenario as to what has been questioned. While under exclusive contract with CalFire, tankers 910 and 911 left the State of California. This is the same situation that could present itself should Colorado get its own firefighting fleet.
