Sad, isn't it? OTOH had it actually been something bad and it had been ignored there would have been hell to pay. Unfortunately you can't be too careful these days.
I agree but also remember the days when you did not have to worry you would of picked it up and tried to turn it into a place where the owner could be found.
Whats next for worriers to worry about? If the person that found the box would have treated it like the days gone buy they would have been just fine. IMO the same person that suspected it to be something bad would also worry that a broke down car might be a car bomb.
