My grandchildren don't exist yet - because unlike you and yours, they've realized they have college and other things to FINISH before breeding. My children are a better investment, because they're smart enough to not have children until they are fully settled as adults. And since you're just two years older than me, either you or your children clearly were NOT.
You get to pay for your own family, just as the rest of us get to pay for ours. As Spykster put it, if the kid is really this genius you say she is, she'll have no trouble getting scholarships.
Tough luck buddy - sell some of your stocks or other crap to pay for it like a lot of people do.
