I know it sucks. I paid alot for that scanner printer copier. But you know what I got vista years ago and it would not work with that either. That is what made me mad.

HP printers tend to work with all OS's. You might want to consider that. The ink might cost you more then a lexmark, but it is a better printer.

I'll second Conifer - I have an HP all in one, and I've been very very happy with it. Had it two years now, and I do print a lot at times, and the cartridges are actually fairly reasonable.

Have you considered just getting a stand-alone scanner and separate printer? You would have more options that way.

he's right - cheaper as well - although mine was only $70 - Sam's Club.
