Hey All!
My hubby, who tends to go overboard when cooking, wanted to test a bunch of new appetizer recipes that we're thinking of making for a neighborhood holiday party next month, and our annual Superbowl party. He's just realized that we have enough to feed 20 people and there's just 4 of us here - help! Come on down and eat and watch football, please!
So far we have:
Avocado-Pesto Stuffed Tomatoes
Reuben Spread (I know Nmysys would love this!)
Corned Beef and Cabbage Soup
Cranberry Sauced Sausages
Dinner: Chicken Thighs with Lemon, Olives, and Artichokes over steamed rice
If you're interested let me know and I'll PM you my address! He's a really good cook...!

JMC, it only takes 30 min to get to my house from Conifer...Dinner's not til 6...! I just had the tomatoes and they ROCK!!
CG - I have to clean up/pack up the kids play area downstairs so I'm chained to my house today! Maybe next week - we have more recipes to make and try yet...football Sunday at your place...! (Assuming that EM does not overdo it the night before at his company Christmas party and end up recovering Sunday - he's getting too old to shake it off quickly!)

(Assuming that EM does not overdo it the night before at his company Christmas party and end up recovering Sunday - he's getting too old to shake it off quickly!)
