I picked up a menu (the paper placemat) on my last visit and their opening hours are:
Tuesday - Friday 6:30 a.m.
Saturday & Sunday 8:00 a.m.
Closed Monday
...and breakfast does end promptly at 11:30 a.m. as homeagain posted.

My menu says the same thing ---- I doubt they're closed ----
I think they have root beer --- don't remember any wine.....

No alcohol. They did put in a soft drink dispenser a week or so ago so that should be replacing the aluminum cans.
