been out of town. we have known a number of people who lived on pc72 and left because of water issues - many homes with problems. some are now in foreclosure.
i find it hard to believe that pcll would be so callous and uncaring about the people in the area who will more than likely have more water problems if a well is put in. it is a nice idea if there was sufficient water, but there isn't.

"The problem with Socialism is that eventually you run out of other people's money." attributed to Margaret Thatcher
"A wise and frugal government, which shall leave men free to regulate their own pursuits of industry and improvement, and shall not take from the mouth of labor the bread it has earned - this is the sum of good government." Thomas Jefferson
The subject got kinda beaten to death over there. Guess everyone's a little tired of fighting over it. It's unfortunate that a hard look at all sides seems so remote for that issue. I've read both sides and understand as much as I can based on what I've read, but I agree with the water/traffic/noise issues presented by the residents of the area.
No well, I would like to know who is paying for all the improvements that are happening there. Is the county paying for this or who. This is really no different than what is happening with the wannabe Conifer Park and Rec district folks. Those ball fields are not in bad shape. Better than what I remember actually. Why don't all those folks that want city ball fields get together, go by the fake stuff, and have it installed. Problem solved. Porta potties stay and deal with it.
