Any suggestions?
I know I seen postings, from folks selling beef halves or quarters.

As soon as our supplies run low, we're going to order from Edward's Meats. We've recently bought steaks, pork chops, and various sausages from them to try, and the filets and sausage (store seasoned and packaged - their German smoked sausage is mouth-watering!) were all excellent. You can find them here:

"Now, more than ever, the illusions of division threaten our very existence. We all know the truth: more connects us than separates us. But in times of crisis the wise build bridges, while the foolish build barriers. We must find a way to look after one another as if we were one single tribe.” -King T'Challa, Black Panther

The truth is incontrovertible. Malice may attack it. ignorance may deride it, but in the end, there it is. ~Winston Churchill

I know a rancher who sells his beef thru Hudson Lockers.....AWESOME meat. You can custom order what you want, and how the cuts are.

Let me know if you are still interested, and I can get the info for you. I'm in need of getting some more myself!

Too bad future generations aren't here to see all the great things we are spending their $$ on!!

Several people in the Bailey & Conifer area buy Grass Fed beef from Josie Gwin .

Once you've had grass fed you won't go back to grain fed beef.

I agree with Science Chic, Edward's Meat Market is an extremely good place to purchase anything in the way of meat.
