Pine Library to turn new page

Mountain outpost of literacy raising funds to grow, improveThe Pine Library in Pine Grove Village may not be very big, but it has a Wi-Fi connection and plenty of supporters. Resident Vicki Porter said, "Everybody uses the library."

Library volunteer Judy Lord was closing one day when a car pulled up. Lord asked the driver if she wanted to use the library. "She said, 'Oh no, I'm just checking my e-mail.'"

But the little green building at 16720 County Road 126 needs some functional upgrades
