Great idea but how about 1 month max ?

Perhaps we need some competition!!! I suggest would be winners practice hitting the mark. Note I did before this last win. Instead of working for a win, we get rid of the performers? Maybe a good strategy to spread the wealth is to ban them from the country so that others can make the $$$?
