PL, I will also give you a dollar if you show up! (and you could talk me into making baby socks for you pretty easily.) Did I send you the pic of the baby Ugg booties I made? When is J due, by the way? Do you know if she's having a boy or girl yet?

Great fun at the Knook last night. I bet there were over 25 wimmenfolk there -- drinking red and white wine, knitting, eating cheese, summer sausage, crackers -- even deviled eggs! Much laughter. Pampered Chef taking orders right and left.

Sometimes, it's just what you need.

Wha?? How did I miss the deviled eggs? Dang, I love deviled eggs!
Great night all the way around and lots of voting going on for the sock contest. I took some pictures, I'll put them up later this morning on the Knook Contest thread.

Great time at the Knook last night!
I knitted on my mindless knitting project ("The Wrapper" from Knitted Jackets) and enjoyed some red wine along with lots of food!
I loved the deviled eggs!
Awesome Mountain Colors sock yarn is on sale for 20% off,
but I resisted getting any since I am waiting for Malabrigo sock yarn, which is on it's way! :woo hoo:

She's due August 25th and we won't know it's a boy or girl until April 6th. Stay tuned!

Maybe next time I'll come...

Want me to make him/her some Baby Uggs? They're pretty freakin' cute! This pic is a close-up, so it looks giant, but it's really baby size. I made a pair for one of the guys I work with to give his brand new niece:
