I posted this on the D. Trump thread, but feel it might be more appropriate here.
While honesty is paramount, it is an oxymoron with politicians. Sensationalism is the name of the game. Deflect from important points, attack character, etc. are primary aims. No wonder the American public looses sight of a candidates resume, both strengths and weaknesses and what they truly stand for in the political arena. Here we are talking about the veracity of Trump's draft issues. How important is that in the overall scheme of things? NOT. I certainly would benefit if you were to dissect his foreign policy or any proposals he has for making America better. Every idiot knows that America has slipped a long way down from the lofty heights it once called home.
I mention this because many of you on here are rather politically astute and (if you could ever get past your liberal and conservative or lefty and righty bitching) it just might be possible to expose candidates on both sides for what they are. Someone likeme certainly would benefit from your perspectives. Thanks
How about a thread Trumping Trump; the good the bad and the uggly?
You know I think that Trump just trying to mix it up. He knows he doesn't have a chance but he is changing the landscape a little and that is not a bad thing.
