Exactly and there are actually 3 very strong top rated QB's they can drop down to get. And I am still curious to see how Ponder does this year. They need a line, a safety, and reciever too. So I would rather they drop and pick up at least two of those. I still think Miami will end up with the number one pick though.

Not pretending at all. We all know they weren't going anywhere this year. So why would I want them to be a middle of the pack 7-9 like the Bears will be and still miss the playoffs and then get a 16th pick instead of a couple of star players to help the team? The bears will still be 7-9 next year with no line and a QB who whines all the time. And the Vikes would have a chance to move up to 10-6 or so and make the playoffs.
