Rockdoc Franz wrote: What gets me is the continued reference to his inability to throw a football. He demonstrated his ability to throw the football as in the last two games. If receivers drop the ball it shows up in his stats to make him look like he is not throwing the ball well. That aside, he has demonstrated it all already and the experts who are so dogmatic in their analysis will just have to live with being proven wrong over and over again.

As for the last game, he threw the ball to receivers. Hit them in the chest with it and they let them fall to the ground. Hit their fingertips and they did not elevate to pull the ball in. Then there is the matter of play calling and the opposing defense playing well. Chicago did take away much of our running game and that together with an inability to catch a ball left us with 3 and out.

Agreed! Thomas finally redeemed himself (no pun intended heeheehe!) and finished the day with seven catches for 77 yards and a touchdown — his third score in the past two weeks and fourth since Tebow took over at quarterback. :Cheer:

Interesting food for thought...

Why the heck do we hate Tim Tebow?
Jen Floyd Engel

...it is like he is too good to be true. He is too nice, and thereby we want him to trip up so we can feel better. We want him to be revealed as a hypocrite, and when that fails to happen, we settle for gleefully celebrating his failures on the football field. And why?

One of the things Boomer Esiason got right earlier this week in his vicious, radio-show takedown on Tebow as a quarterback was how personal the criticism is. I could not figure out what was causing this onslaught of venom for a guy almost everybody claims to like, and I finally decided it is more about us. He makes us uncomfortable.

It's here, the Tim Tebow CHRISTMAS CARD. EBay will auction them off this week, what's your take: tasteful or too much? We'll sound off, this morning at 10am right here on Fox31 for Colorado's "Everyday" Show

I think from the perspective of who Tebow is, this card is a perfect characterization. I could see him doing just that with all the love and passion of faith he has in his heart. I'd say go for it. The choice is ours of whether or not we buy or send such a card.

I love the way he wears his honesty right on his sleeve. He is who he is and that is admirable no matter what one's personal beliefs might be.

Is Tim dating Lindsay Vonn? And will if help make him a faster runner?
