Yeah that error at the plate was a routine play and cost them 2 runs which was the difference. They had first place so close. After the break I guess.

Yes, I think I jinxed them Viking, I usually don't watch alot of regular season games, and today I did. It was going good until they rushed that throw to the plate, would have killed the rally.

But they are in a good spot anyway, 2 games out.

Was at the game today with the family. Bummer.

I think the pitcher was just trying to get out of some earned runs.....

Oops, looks like I jinxed them, lost 5 in a row, and sinking fast. Lots of injuries too. This is what happens when I jump on the bandwagon and start watching them.

You can move this thread to the sports area, I posted it in the wrong area, sorry.

Ubaldo has totally fallen apart and I could have told you Bailor wasn't going to work out. When the going gets rough he gets lazy.

Our hitting is really the problem though right now. In the past, our hitting would get us out of these bad issues with pitching but man it sucks right now. We don't have that great hitter that you know might hit on out.

This really sucks.

6 losses in a row, and the wheels have come off Ubaldo. Looks like the Rockies will have to get very lucky to finish in the playoffs.

They have lost 9 of the last 11 and 5 of them by one run. Things could be so different.
