I just slathered the outside of my birds with a special secret rub I designed on my computer...Here's another secret- Let the bird sit outside the fridge for 15 minutes before inserting them in the roteserie..Stick them in at the highest teperature, my cooker goes up tp 600 degrees- Then turn it way way down..That sears in the juices, then you slow cook it for 3 hours and 7 minutes
