I wonder if the family will have the brain checked for symptoms of concussion damage, if they can.

That would be a good thing to do. I am trying hard to not judge him for killing an innocent person, and leaving their daughter an orphan, but it's so hard to understand how someone can get to that point. There had to be something physiological going on, but the fact that he wouldn't let his coach, who said he was trying to get through to him, help him...and to choose to do something that drastic, and deliberately in front of an audience for both shootings...angers and saddens me all at the same time. I want to see a push for increased awareness of symptoms of depression and domestic violence, but honestly I don't want his name brought up as a cherished person at all. He was a selfish a-**** whose daughter will never know her parents now, and whose mother and coach will never get those images of his last acts right in their sight out of their memories.

"Now, more than ever, the illusions of division threaten our very existence. We all know the truth: more connects us than separates us. But in times of crisis the wise build bridges, while the foolish build barriers. We must find a way to look after one another as if we were one single tribe.” -King T'Challa, Black Panther

The truth is incontrovertible. Malice may attack it. ignorance may deride it, but in the end, there it is. ~Winston Churchill
