YES and follow the motive......KEEP THE MASSES MISINFORMED.....GIVE GENERAL INFORMATION AND OUTLINE. A
GENERIC TIMEFRAME......there are NO SPECIFIC dates and benchmarks, and there is no guidance when implementing
those recommendations....we have suggestions and VAGUE plans, do we have a CONCRETE,CONCERTED,WELL
ORCHESTRATED PROCESS.....the answer  is NO  .......it is a pathetic path to failure....the king has OTHER things
on his mind....his polling, his protection of his financial records, his business deterioration $$$$ lost...AND,oh yes,
NOW the virus is in the white house and HIS HEALTH is now front and forward.....boatloads of burdens and bad
decisions.....LOOK AT THE BIG PICTURE.

This was an interesting way to try to quantify which states needed to be most cautious vs those who could move a little more quickly or have fewer restrictions.

FYI, Colorado came in at #2 for safest.

States with the Most Vulnerable Populations to Coronavirus
Adam McCann, Financial Writer • May 12, 2020

During the coronavirus pandemic, the news often focuses on the medically vulnerable – people who risk the most serious symptoms if they contract the disease, such as the elderly or people with pre-existing medical conditions. However, two other at-risk populations are just as crucial to protect – those who lack adequate living conditions and those without enough monetary resources to weather the pandemic.

In order to find out which states have the highest concentrations of vulnerable people across all three categories, WalletHub compared the 50 states and the District of Columbia across 28 key metrics. Our data set ranges from the share of the population aged 65 and older to the share of the homeless population that is unsheltered and the share of the entire population living in poverty. Read on for the state ranking, additional insight from a panel of experts and a full description of our methodology.

"Now, more than ever, the illusions of division threaten our very existence. We all know the truth: more connects us than separates us. But in times of crisis the wise build bridges, while the foolish build barriers. We must find a way to look after one another as if we were one single tribe.” -King T'Challa, Black Panther

The truth is incontrovertible. Malice may attack it. ignorance may deride it, but in the end, there it is. ~Winston Churchill

Interesting that they are using homelessness as a metric considering the Jacksonville testing results.

Jacksonville is one of two cities in the US where all homeless people were tested for coronavirus. Of the nearly 700 tested here, all of the results were negatives.

I too found the Jacksonville numbers interesting but I am also worried that the testing is less than accurate. But even inaccurate tests would have shown a higher infected rate, right?

This one is also interesting:

www.wbur.org/commonhealth/2020/04/14/cor...ton-homeless-testing

Then the clinicians realized that a cluster of the people who had come up positive were staying at Boston's Pine Street Inn. So the state made testing kits available, and just over a week ago, Health Care for the Homeless tested everyone coming into that shelter.

The results? Out of 397 people tested, 146 (36%) came up positive. But even more surprising, they weren't showing any signs of sickness.

Dr. Jim O'Connell, president of Boston Health Care for the Homeless Program, is urging public health officials here and nationwide to take notice and act on this.

Again a random test show a MUCH higher asymptomatic spread than anyone previously thought or believed. We know NOTHING about this virus and yet want to kill our economy based on the word of "experts" who have been consistently wrong.

Since the information is OVER a month old...it would be pertinent to understand what has occurred
in the past 30 days?.....was testing available AGAIN,were the numbers comparable or was there a large
discrepancy, either positive or negative? THIS was just a snap shot...and YES U R correct...WE REALLY
DO NOT HAVE A HANDLE ON THIS VIRUS M.O......which is why caution is EVERYTHING....jmo
