Shepard's pie with lots of lamb in it and a nice chunk of soda bread! I recommend the Shepard's pie at The Golden Bee at the Broadmoor hotel in the Springs, a great place to have a couple of pints and a nice meal. My homemade version of Shepard's pie comes in a close second to The Golden Bee's version.
