Asparagus - Who Knew?????

Alton Brown can be irritating but I like his science approach to food. I've tried a few of his recipes and they've always been very good.

Grilled asparagus for lunch yesterday! Yum. Part of a salad from Le Central.

I love Alton's shows when he grills or smokes but makes the smoker out of a cardboard box, or flower pots.
