Ok, I will give you a hint of what it isn’t.

This is not the item that Bridget Jones cooked in the movie Bridget Jones diaries.

I'm guessing it's a garlic peel remover!

Am I right? Am I right? I'm useless in the kitchen - hubby does all the cooking - so I blame ignorance on that. ;)

"Now, more than ever, the illusions of division threaten our very existence. We all know the truth: more connects us than separates us. But in times of crisis the wise build bridges, while the foolish build barriers. We must find a way to look after one another as if we were one single tribe.” -King T'Challa, Black Panther

The truth is incontrovertible. Malice may attack it. ignorance may deride it, but in the end, there it is. ~Winston Churchill

Green plastic cannoli mold?

I can explain it to you but I can't understand it for you.

SC, you are correct and for those of you who do not have this item in your kitchen and you use fresh garlic all I can say is you are missing out.

Next to my Vidalia Onion Chopper (as seen on TV) this is one second item I use most in my kitchen!!!

This is one of the new items we now have at Mountain Dollar for just $1.00 and it makes a great gift and/or stocking stuffer for any cook you might know.

It is very easy to use you put your garlic clove in, apply a little pressure, roll back and forth and Voila the peel is gone. This also works great with Shallots and Pearl Onions.

The only molds I know of are made out of stainless steel:

The shape had me thinking it was a cannoli mold.

I can explain it to you but I can't understand it for you.

Very close I will give you that.

I am going to have to go look on the Internet on how you use them as hubby and I both love Cannoli's but I have never made them.
