Marshdale Company is actively seeking a Part Time Bookkeeper/Assistant

Main responsibilities may include:
Bookkeeping: data entry, bank reconciliation, accounts payable, record deposits – all thru QuickBooks

Payroll: weekly payroll, payroll tax deposits, payroll tax returns, 1099’s – thru QuickBooks

Sales tax: monthly reporting any paying sales tax

Property tax: annual submittal of property tax returns

Telephones: answering telephones

Customer service: helping walk-in and telephone customers

QuickBooks: prior experience with recent Pro versions of QuickBooks

Required skills: strong organization abilities; computer and internet skills; excellent interpersonal skills; ability to effectively communicate; ability to be flexible & multi-tasking; typing skills; filing; QuickBooks; bookkeeping; payroll; telephone experience; & customer service

Experience: 2 years of proven experience in areas listed above

This is a part time position. Applicant must be honest, sincere & trustworthy.
