I requested a home value report OVER a week ago and am still waiting for a response.....would you care to comment?

Sorry, but I only received 3 request and I did 3 CMA.
Unless, you entered "not looking to sale", then the system doesn't forward your request...
again, unless you specified it was for "refi" purposes.

You don't say who you are or give the address so I have no way of knowing what happened or if we even got it.

Again, sorry. Then the system did not forward your request. It was designed only to accept those:
1) thinking of selling
2) sellers thinking of refinancing.

I guess it (the system) assumes you are just "curious" about what you home is worth, but not interested in selling or refi'ing.
